Site Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Ensure that all work complies with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Assist in resolving any technical or design issues that arise on-site.
• Monitor material usage and ensure optimal resource management.
• Support the project team in meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
