Site Engineer

Location: Madikeri

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per plan
• Monitor labor, materials, and machinery utilization on site
• Ensure work is carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers to maintain timelines
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety standards are followed
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers regularly
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly
• Ensure cost control and minimize wastage of materials
• Support in managing site documentation and records

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in reporting and basic computer usage

-Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related educational background

-Exp: Min 2–5 years of experience in a similar field with site supervision knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
