Site Engineer

Should have Diploma & Engineering qualification
Minimum 1 Years of UAE experience in UAE -Fitout Company
Preferred candidate who can join on immediate basis.
Salary : AED 4k to 6K + Accommodation + Transportation + Other benefits

• Supervise site execution of civil and related works (e.g., wall partitions, floor leveling, false ceiling support, blockwork) for interior fit-out projects.
• Review and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings and ensure implementation as per approved plans.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, vendors, MEP teams, and other site personnel for smooth workflow.
• Monitor work progress and ensure that timelines and milestones are met.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, material consumption logs, and project progress documentation.
• Verify BOQs, material take-offs, and assist in procurement planning.
• Handle site inspections with consultants/clients and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and solve on-site execution issues as they arise.
• Maintain site discipline and ensure all workers follow safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction and interior finishing processes.
• Familiar with local building codes and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred (if applicable to your region).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
