Job Title: Site Engineer/Maintenance Incharge (Civil)

Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 Years

Education: DAE Civil

Job Location: Wah

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect project regularly to identify maintenance needs, structural damages, or potential safety hazards.
• Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance works including masonry and general repair tasks.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for society buildings and infrastructure.
• Identifying and implementing civil improvements.
• Maintaining documentation and records.
• Supervising technical staff.
• Keeping records of faults and repairs.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
