Job Vacancy – Site Engineer (ADNOC Project Experience Required)

CHCI is currently seeking a motivated and technically skilled Site Engineer to join our team for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. ADNOC project experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring that work is executed in compliance with IFC drawings, method statements, and ADNOC specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, survey, and subcontractor teams to ensure work progress aligns with the schedule.
• Prepare and submit site documentation such as daily progress reports, WIRs, RFIs, and material requests.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to support productivity and efficiency.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and ensure smooth communication between site operations and the engineering office.
• Attend coordination meetings and interface with ADNOC consultants, contractors, and third parties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure/foundation/piling projects.
• Mandatory experience with ADNOC projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, QA/QC processes, and ADNOC specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and report preparation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
