Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for highway and road construction projects in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, project execution, and quality control within infrastructure and highway development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor work progress, materials, and manpower to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, measurements, and documentation as required.
• Assist in surveying, leveling, and layout work as needed.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in highway or road construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, specifications, and construction practices.
• Proficient in project documentation, measurements, and reporting.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Must be currently residing in Madurai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
