POSITION : SITE ENGINEER

LOCATION : DUBAI

Position Overview

We are seeking a Site Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out works to oversee and manage project execution on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to health & safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical support as required.
• Conduct inspections and ensure that all finishes and installations meet project standards.
• Assist in material approvals, shop drawings, and coordination with design and procurement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in interior fit-out projects (retail or F&B preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, and site management.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other local authority regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
• UAE driving license preferred.
