JOB PURPOSE:

GCL is looking to hire a Site Engineer who is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations. Provides technical guidance, monitors progress, resolves site issues, and supports timely project delivery.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with design specifications, quality, and safety standards.
  • Interpret technical drawings and provide engineering guidance to site teams.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress and status reports.
  • Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with project safety regulations and procedures.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer on contracting, construction, landscaping projects.
