Site Engineer

We are seeking a Site Engineer with strong project management skills and proficiency in CAD to oversee and coordinate projects from planning through completion. The role involves supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design and measuring specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all stages of carpet or blinds installation projects, ensuring alignment with plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Utilize CAD software to analyze and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation for construction execution.
• Plan and allocate project resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure timely delivery.
• Track project costs, identify efficiencies, and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Implement risk management strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, and safety issues.

Ideal Candidate:
An experienced site engineer with hands-on project management expertise, strong communication and coordination skills, and solid CAD design/interpretation capabilities. The candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
