Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site work and ensure it aligns with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and quantities to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to the project manager.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide solutions on-site.
• Ensure materials used meet required standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and architects for approvals and inspections.
• Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or challenges when necessary.
• Maintain site documentation, including RFIs, permits, and inspection logs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction or real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is an advantage (if needed, you can add).

Work Conditions:

• Based on project location.
• Full-time, site-based role.
