Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in steel structure erection, installation, and site execution. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling site activities and coordinating with contractors, manpower, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise steel structure erection works, including columns, rafters, beams, bracings, handrails, platforms, and cladding.
• Coordinate with site teams, foremen, fabricators, and crane operators for smooth site operations.
• Ensure site execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports, WIRs, MIRs, and inspection requests.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and resolve any on-site technical issues.
• Verify dimensions, alignment, bolt tightening (torque), and final installation quality.
• Liaise with consultants/client representatives for inspections and approvals.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams for safe execution.
• Manage manpower allocation and ensure productivity.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in steel structure erection (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of PEB structures, drawings, erection sequence, and site activities.
• Experience in working with cranes, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and rigging activities.
• Good understanding of safety standards and site compliance in KSA.
• Ability to lead site manpower and handle high-volume projects.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
