A Site supervisor manages construction projects on-site, bridging design and execution by supervising work, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to plans, budgets, and timelines, handling technical issues, coordinating teams (clients, architects, subs), managing materials, and preparing progress reports to deliver projects successfully. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Supervision:
  • Translate technical drawings into site activities (setting out, surveying).
  • Oversee daily construction work, allocating tasks and managing labor.
  • Monitor progress against schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Quality & Technical Management:
  • Ensure work meets specifications, quality standards, and building codes.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve on-site problems/delays.
  • Conduct inspections and material checks.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance:
  • Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure legal compliance for the project.
  • Coordination & Communication:
  • Liaise with clients, architects, surveyors, subcontractors, and authorities.
  • Serve as the main communication hub for project stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Manage records and data project records and datad to the project.
  • Resource & Cost Management:
  • Assist with budget development and cost control.
  • Manage material procurement and inventory.

In essence, the site supervisor serves as the technical manager on the ground, ensuring that the complex process of building occurs efficiently, safely, and to specification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
