Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and report to project management
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and HSE regulations
• Prepare site reports, material requests, and as-built documentation
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar in construction/contracting projects
• Valid Qatar Driving License
• UPDA Certification – Minimum Grade C (Preffered)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Familiar with local authority regulations and standards in Qatar
