Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer with proven experience in interior and fit-out works to manage on-site execution, coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute interior and fit-out works including gypsum, joinery, flooring, ceiling, MEP coordination, painting, and finishes
• Study approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications and ensure accurate site implementation
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and materials to meet project timelines
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards and HSE compliance
• Resolve site issues, technical queries, and coordinate design clarifications
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
• Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings and mock-ups
• Coordinate inspections and handover with consultants and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in interior and fit-out projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and shop drawings
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
