Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Maintenance Plannin

Inspect buildings and infrastructure for structural integrity

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.

Coordinate repairs and civil works (e.g., flooring, walls, carpentry plumbing, electrical, pest control).

Travelling to site and inspection required for the work

2. Support Deep Cleaning Activities

Identify areas needing structural preparation before deep cleaning (e.g., sealing cracks, fixing water leakage)Ensure building materials can withstand heavy-duty cleaning processes.

Coordinate with cleaning teams to schedule civil-related tasks before or after deep cleaning.

3. Vendor and Contractor Management

Supervise sub contractors for civil works and above related maintenance.

Ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain reports for maintenance activities, inspection logs, and civil repairs.

Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and work orders.

5. Compliance & Safety

Ensure civil works comply with building codes and safety regulations.

Coordinate risk assessment related to structural safety and sanitation.

Essential Skills:

Knowledge and experience in interior execution field.

Technical Skills

Structural assessment and civil maintenance knowledge.

Knowledge of materials that interact with chemical cleaning agents.

Soft Skills

Coordination and communication with facility and housekeeping teams.

Problem-solving and attention to detail.

Time management and ability to prioritize urgent tasks.

Software Proficiency (basic knowledge is must)

AutoCAD for drawing reviews.

MS Excel or FM software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS) for reporting and scheduling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
