Role Overview

Safeway Interior Design is seeking highly motivated Site Engineer to supervise and manage site execution activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards. The role involves daily site supervision, subcontractor coordination, progress verification, material management, and reporting to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities on-site
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Monitor Progress and maintain schedule compliance
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Raise RFIs for design , drawings, or technical discrepancies
• Ensure Compliance with quality, safety, and HSE requirements
• Report delays, deviations, and quality concerns promptly
• Support Project Manager in site coordination and progress tracking

Documentation & reporting

• Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Manpower & Equipment Reports
• Material Request/Delivery Logs
• RFI/MIR/WIR Registers
• Subcontractor Progress Records
• Site Inspection Logs
• Work Checklists/ Quality Records
• Safety Observation Reports
• Site Diary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering is must
• Driving License is mandatory
• Proven site execution experience in construction/ fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of drawings, site practices, and specifications
• Ability to manage daily reporting and documentation
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• UAE experience is mandatory.
