Site Engineer

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities in line with project timelines.
• Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Supervise daily site operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and coordinate with consultants and design teams.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure proper documentation of site activities.
• Coordinate material procurement and verify delivery against project needs.
• Assist in cost control by tracking material usage and minimizing wastage.
• Prepare method statements, work procedures, and safety documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff to enhance team performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
