Site Engineer

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. The role requires close coordination with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely material delivery and work execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies.
  • Verify measurements and assist in preparation of payment applications.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
  • Maintain proper documentation including site records, material approvals, and inspection requests.
  • Attend project meetings with consultants and clients when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
  • UAE construction experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
