Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and report to management
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and UAE safety regulations
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Conduct quality checks and prepare site reports
• Attend office meetings and report to management as required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Construction Engineering
• Experience in fit-out, interior, or construction projects
• Knowledge of project management and process improvement
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• UAE experience is an advantage
