Position : Site Supervisor -Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:
• Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site.
• Ensure all activities comply with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage labor performance and productivity.
• Workforce Management:
• Distribute tasks among workers based on their skills and trade expertise.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to laborers as needed.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site.
• Ability to understand blueprint.
• Knowledge about drawings
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Able to communicate with site engineers.

Requirement :

• Candidate with UAE Driving License is preferred
• Experience in Oil and Gas, Construction is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE License (Required)
