Site Engineer

Candidates should have relevant site execution experience in structural steel / metal works, with the ability to handle site coordination, progress monitoring, and reporting effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise day-to-day site execution activities for structural steel / metal works.
• Coordinate with project management, consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, and logistics teams.
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, work fronts, and material availability.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress updates and support management reporting.
• Ensure activities are carried out in line with approved drawings, method statements, quality, and safety requirements.
• Identify site constraints, technical issues, and delays and escalate for timely resolution.
• Support inspection readiness, client coordination, and progress billing inputs where required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Relevant site execution experience in structural steel / metal works.
• Ability to handle site coordination, progress monitoring, and reporting effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in fast-track steel erection or industrial/commercial projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of reading site drawings and coordinating with consultants/clients is an advantage.
