Site Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute interior fit-out and renovation works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Supervise daily site activities and submit daily work progress reports to management.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform site surveys and assist labor teams in setting out and marking layouts according to drawings.
• Calculate material quantities required for each project and submit material requests to the procurement department.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
• Supervise civil, MEP, and joinery works at site.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain site documentation, inspection reports, and project records.
• Assist in project handover and snagging activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Experience in residential building civil and MEP works.
• Strong knowledge of joinery and fit-out site execution.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good knowledge of civil and MEP materials.
• Ability to prepare daily reports and manage site activities independently.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Desired Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience in procurement and sourcing suppliers and materials for projects.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in the civil engineering field.
• Experience in site visits, quantity take-off, and BOQ preparation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
