Sr. Site Engineer

Job Title: Senior Site Engineer – Fit-Out & Interior Works

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer with UAE experience in fit-out and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress and prepare reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Manage manpower, materials, and site resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out and interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership and coordination skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
