Site Engineer

We're Hiring: Site Engineer – Aluminium Works

Location: Abu Dhabi (Mussafah)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation and execution of aluminium and façade works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities for aluminium and façade projects
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate material deliveries and site resources
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Resolve technical issues arising during project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field
• 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in aluminium, façade, or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems and site installation procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
