Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Works

We are looking for a Site Engineer with proven experience in interior fit-out and maintenance projects to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the required schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, and site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

Required Experience

The candidate must have experience supervising and coordinating the following works:

• Interior Fit-Out Works
• False Ceiling
• Gypsum Board Works
• Painting Works
• Wall Cladding
• Floor & Wall Tile Installation
• Parquet Flooring
• Access Panel Installation
• General Maintenance Works

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple site activities.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
