Site Engineer

Ethar Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in villa and G+4 building construction

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Deep understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM) building codes and local authority regulations
• Expertise in reading drawings and executing the civil works in coordination with the MEP systems
• Strong experience in site supervision and execution of works
• Ability to efficiently communicate with subcontractors, labor, and manage daily site activities
• Good coordination skills with consultants and project management teams
• Ability to prepare site reports and monitor project schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site works according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Maintain quality control and site safety standards
