Site Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, ceiling, partitions, joinery, and related activities.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely execution of work.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements.
• Review project schedules and progress reports, and escalate delays or issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the site team.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven UAE experience in site supervision with focus on finishing and construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• UAE Driving License required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
