Site Engineer (Civil)

Responsibilities:-

• To be responsible for smooth working and timely completion of the project.
• To maintain the speed of work as required by the management without compromising on quality, safety environmental issues and cost and time parameters.
• To manage watch on working of all the technical/non-technical staff and get maximum output from them.
• To establish good relation with contractors, solve their difficulties so as to achieve smooth functioning of the projects.
• To co-ordinate with Architectural agency, structural consultants, and other appointed consultant to complete the scheduled work in time and quality.
• To observe strictly safety, quality and environment measures at site.
• To supervise testing of all electrical installation, lift installation and all finishing work.
• To deal with different Government Departments like Municipal Corporation, P.W.D., Electricity, Telephones, Highways, etc as may be required.
• To establish good rapport with neighborhood to avoid complaints, nuisances, stoppages of work, etc.
• To handle the client / customers, as may be required and explain about the company and highlights of the project, amenities and specifications.
• To prepare bar charts schedule, review it periodically, analyze the cause of delay and adopt necessary actions to cover-up the lost period.
• To initiate any new ideas/new development /alternative procedure to achieve better quality, economy.
• To keep proper record of all permission, NOCs a set of all working drawings, center plan, R.C.C details, Architect and Consultants site visit report, instructions etc.
• To ensure working drawings for dimensions and measurement, all the boundaries as per demarcation plan as well as per Architects drawings.
• To ensure that construction work is executed as per the approved drawings and in line with GFC drawing issued from time to time.
• To point out discrepancies if any between statutory approved drawings and GFC drawings well in time before taking up the actual construction work.

Requirements:-

• Minimum 5 - 9 years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Sound understanding of construction safety protocols and best practices.

Qualification:- BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
