Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineers to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams. This role offers excellent opportunities for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per design, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Support project planning and resource management.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
