Role Summary:
We are seeking a Site Engineer with an architectural background to oversee our new office construction project at Shamshabad. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and skilled in reading and interpreting working drawings. The role involves site supervision, technical coordination, and ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise on-site construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety at the Shamshabad site.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers for smooth execution.

Technical & Quality Support

• Read and interpret working drawings and layouts.
• Review and verify drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Material & Logistics

• Track material usage and inventory at site.
• Report shortages/delays to procurement and management teams.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily logs, reports, and site updates.
• Share progress reports with the Project Head/Management.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Experience:

• 1–5 years of site supervision/execution (preferably in interiors, architecture, or civil projects)

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of working drawings
• Good communication & team coordination skills
• Ability to manage timelines and site challenges

Languages:

• Telugu, Hindi, and English (must)

Additional:

• Valid two-wheeler and license required for site visits
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad as required

Salary & Benefits:
₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience and skillset)
