Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Site Engineer to supervise daily site operations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure that construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, proactive, and able to handle on-site challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction/installation activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site measurements, material checks, and maintain daily progress reports.
• Monitor safety practices and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material requests, and project documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in resolving technical/site-related issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors during site visits.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 1-2 years of site supervision experience (depending on project scale).
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality management practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
