Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Manager with a Civil Engineering background to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The role involves supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards, and coordinating between project stakeholders for timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labour workforce to ensure productivity.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment efficiently to reduce wastage.
• Ensure handover of completed project as per client expectations and company standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in construction project/site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in [Residential/Commercial/Industrial/Infrastructure] projects.
• Knowledge of contract management and cost control.
• Familiarity with modern construction techniques and sustainable practices.
