Job Description – Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), execution at site as per the Structural Design.
- Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to track progress, ensure adherence to specifications, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of materials, daily site logs, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Review and ensure adherence to relevant government regulations, codes, and ordinances.
- Safety & Quality Control: Monitor and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and quality assurance measures to meet industry and company standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and present well-researched recommendations or alternative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B. Tech); Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or construction projects, preferably within institutional, campus, or large-scale development environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard civil engineering and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, site management practices, and civil construction codes.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and tender documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
