Preferring candidates from Tiruvannamalai location

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Proven experience in residential/commercial construction

Interior expertise is added advantage.

Familiarity with eco-friendly materials and traditional building methods is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-level execution of interior design projects
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients
• Ensure quality standards and adherence to design specs
• Monitor project timelines, safety, and material usage
• Prepare site documentation including daily logs and progress reports
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide real-time solutions
