Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, and manage site operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage and maintain records.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Implement quality control and health & safety measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and work under pressure.
