Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in builder projects (commercial and residential). The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to site execution and supervision from foundation to finishing (lock & key) stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee work progress from foundation, structural works, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and handover.
• Ensure quality standards, specifications, and safety protocols are followed at every stage of construction.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, architects, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain site records including daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and material usage.
• Monitor procurement and ensure proper utilization of materials on-site.
• Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions during execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones as per the schedule.

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in commercial & residential builder projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings.
• Familiarity with site safety protocols and material management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
