Position: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project progress as per schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth site operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control at all stages of construction.
• Monitor material usage, labor performance, and site documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project records.
• Resolve technical issues and assist in planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision or site engineering in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
