Site Engineer (Civil)

We're looking for a Male Site Engineer (fresher) to manage and oversee our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong background in;

Supervise and manage all on-site activities related from initial to final

Coordinate with Project engineers, Architect and project coordinators to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

Ensure all works adheres to the design plans, quality standards and client expectations.

Team coordination; Lead the on-site teams, including workers, contractors and craftsmen to achieve high quality result.

Ensuring timely completion of work.

Manage site logistics, including site preparation, material handling, and maintaining a clean and well organized work environment.

Maintaining a good relation with clients and ensuring client satisfactions.

Safety and Compliances; Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Documentations; Maintain accurate daily site report, project progress, workers attendance card, and project progress photographs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil or Mech.
• Basic knowledge in civil
• Strong understanding of plans, and technical drawings.
• strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skill both verbal and oral
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
