Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil & Interior) to oversee on-site project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, interior finishing work, site coordination, vendor management, and quality control. The role involves ensuring that all project activities are carried out as per design, standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for civil and interior works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to management.
• Prepare BOQs, material requirement sheets, and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to work teams.
• Ensure project timelines are met with efficient resource utilization.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Civil construction, Interior finishing, material specifications, and execution techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on site handling experience.
• Should be based in or willing to work at project sites in Gurgaon.

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and interview performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,114.38 - ₹44,923.09 per month
