Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer – Civil to oversee the operations and quality control aspects at our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between plant operations, site requirements, and project execution, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil works related to RMC plant setup, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Ensure site preparation, foundation works, and equipment installations are as per drawings and standards.
• Coordinate with batching plant operators, lab technicians, and site teams to meet concrete supply schedules.
• Inspect formwork, reinforcement, and placement to ensure adherence to mix design and technical specifications.
• Monitor and ensure the proper curing, finishing, and testing of concrete at delivery sites.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers as needed for site execution.
• Maintain daily site reports, including pour logs, concrete usage, labor deployment, and site progress.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures and safety practices at the site.
• Assist in troubleshooting plant and site issues related to civil and structural aspects.
• Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO, RMCMA, and other regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years in civil engineering, preferably in RMC plant operations or construction involving ready mix concrete.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and material testing.
• Proficiency in reading civil drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with site safety regulations and practices.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
