Site Engineer (Civil)

• Manage and supervise all civil works at the project site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate tasks to site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and structural engineers for technical clarifications and approvals.
• Ensure execution of work as per quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Check and verify measurements, bills, and quantities of contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and machinery as per project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and report major concerns to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure rectification of defects.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments (MEP, Planning, Procurement) for smooth project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
