Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 2–4 years of professional experience in structural engineering and site execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in erection drawing interpretation, steel connections, material inspection, structural design, quality control, and project execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drawing & Design

· Read and interpret erection drawings, structural layouts, and steel connection details.

· Assist in structural design modifications and provide technical inputs during execution.

Site Execution

· Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth project execution.

Material Inspection & Quality Control

· Inspect construction materials (steel, concrete, etc.) to ensure quality standards are met.

· Implement quality control procedures and maintain documentation of inspections and tests.

Structural Works

· Oversee steel structure erection, connections, and alignment.

· Ensure safety and stability of structural components during installation.

Project Management

· Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight deviations.

· Support project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and resolving technical issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
