Site Engineer (Civil)

Ø Collaborate with senior engineers to develop detailed designs and plans for tower structures. considering factors like load-bearing capacity, wind resistance, and overall stability.

Ø Conduct on-site visits to assess site conditions, analyze potential challenges, and identify appropriate construction methods.

Ø Oversee the construction process, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors’ subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient and safe execution.

Ø Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records of all activities and changes throughout the project's life cycle.

Ø Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, highlighting any challenges or deviations from the original plan.

Ø Promote a safety-first culture on-site and ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are strictly followed by the construction team.

Ø Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

Ø Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

Ø Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

Ø Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.

Ø Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Ø Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Qualification:

Ø Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering.

Ø 1 to 2 years of professional experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to construction projects or tower-related work.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Ø Willingness to travel to project sites and work in various weather conditions as necessary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
