Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Role

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site execution activities as per project plans and specifications
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth site operations
• Monitor project progress and report daily site status to the project manager
• Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment at site
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of work
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide necessary guidance
• Maintain site records, measurements, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Support project planning and timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant engineering discipline)
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
• Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
