Job Responsibilities:

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Site Supervision: Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring they align with project plans and schedules.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and quality control measures.
• Project Coordination: Collaborating with senior engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Material & Resource Management: Monitoring and managing site materials, tools, and workforce to maintain efficiency.
• Technical Assistance: Interpreting construction drawings, checking measurements, and guiding the workforce on technical aspects.
• Progress Reporting: Preparing daily and weekly reports on work progress, site issues, and recommendations for improvements.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying challenges in project execution and assisting in developing effective solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in construction site supervision or project execution
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction techniques, project planning, and structural work
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with teams and prepare reports
• Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic site environment
• Preference will be given to applicants from Palakkad District, Kerala
