Site Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Implementation:

Translating designs into actual construction, setting out sites, and ensuring plans are followed accurately.

• Supervision & Coordination:

Managing site staff, subcontractors, and liaising with clients, architects, and suppliers.

• Quality & Safety:

Conducting inspections, enforcing safety protocols (like OSHA), and ensuring quality control.

• Technical Problem-Solving:

Diagnosing and resolving unexpected technical difficulties and site issues.

• Documentation:

Preparing progress reports, site diaries, and maintaining accurate records.

• Planning:

Developing work schedules, managing resources, and estimating costs.

Core Skills

Technical Drawing Interpretation, Project Management & Organization, Communication & Leadership, Problem-Solving, and Health & Safety Knowledge.

Work Environment

• Primarily on-site, often outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Involves both site work and office tasks (reporting, planning).
• Requires travel between sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,511.68 - ₹36,931.38 per month
