Role Name: Site Engineer

Experience Required: 0 – 2 Year
Site Location: In and around Chennai
Salary Package: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Additional Benefit: Petrol Allowance will be provided

Educational Qualification

• BE Civil Engineering or
• Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our construction team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience who are eager to gain hands-on exposure in site execution and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing construction activities as per drawings and specifications
• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and site workers
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports and progress updates
• Identify site issues and support timely problem resolution
• Communicate project progress to seniors and stakeholders
• Support subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is an added advantage
