Site Engineer – Civil & Fit-Out

Site Execution & Measurements

• Take site measurements and verify drawings against site conditions
• Assist estimation and production teams with as-built data
• Monitor execution quality as per drawings and specifications

Client Coordination

• Attend site with clients for clarifications and approvals
• Coordinate design, scope, and execution changes
• Communicate client instructions back to internal teams

Material Planning & Coordination

• Identify material requirements as per site progress
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery
• Ensure proper usage and minimize material wastage

Subcontractor Management

• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and installers
• Monitor workmanship, timelines, and safety compliance
• Verify work done for billing and progress tracking

Reporting & Support

• Report site progress to Production / Project Manager
• Flag site issues, delays, or cost implications early

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
