Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Steel Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and supervising structural steel components for facade systems, ensuring compliance with safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards.

This role includes a paid three-month training period at our Sharjah Branch, after which the candidate will be assigned to our Saudi Arabia Branch for continued project execution and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural steel elements for façade systems in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to develop feasible and efficient designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications for structural components.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during installation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Perform load assessments, material selections, and connection designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues related to structural integrity and functionality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of [2] years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on steel structures and façade systems.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and international standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
