Site Engineer Civil

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising the construction activities of a residential building project at a contracting company. This includes ensuring that on-site operations align with project schedules, technical specifications, and engineering standards. The Site Engineer also manages teams, coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors, and maintains strict adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations by ensuring all work complies with project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with teams and suppliers to align schedules, secure materials, and maintain smooth progress.
• Enforce safety and quality through inspections, corrective actions, and adherence to relevant regulations.
• Prepare concise reports documenting milestones, resource usage, and potential risks, submitting them to management.
• Manage costs and budgets by tracking expenses, proposing efficiency improvements, and ensuring financial compliance.

Pay: RO300.000 - RO500.000 per month
